Following a one-off release in February, the Air Max DN8 has fully entered Nike’s mainline selection through a roster of rollout colorways for Air Max Month. With a strong foundation now in place, it looks like the Beaverton brand is getting experimental with its next batch of releases. Official images have revealed a “Snakeskin” colorway poised to factor into the brand’s Spring/Summer catalog.
Our regular readers can recall that the Air Max Dn, the predecessor to this year’s DN8, took a decent amount of time before embracing unique patterns like snakeskin, safari print, and camo. That doesn’t appear to be the case at all with this year’s key Air Max Month shoe.
The snakeskin Air Max DN8 features a lengthy palette of “Cargo Khaki/Black/Neutral Olive/Desert Khaki/Off Noir,” but to put it simply; green snake print envelopes almost the entire silhouette. The lining, heel counter, eyelets, and Swoosh are the only solid-colored elements up top, while tinted Air chambers appear within a snakeskin midsole underfoot.
No release date has been set at the time of this writing, but we’ll update this article as soon as that changes. For now, enjoy official images of the Air Max DN8 “Snakeskin” below.
