The former two-sport phenom and now redefining what it means to be a coach with celebrity status, Deion Sanders and Nike are just scratching the surface of their revitalized partnership.
As of now, the Deion Sanders x Nike business is a two-pronged approach. There’s the Retro line of Deion Sanders shoes, featuring the Air DT Max ’96 and Air Diamond Turf, and there’s the sports performance angle, which leverages the Diamond Turf designs into on-field cleats and training footwear.
Coach Prime has often used his social media following to give an inside look at some upcoming gear, and he just dropped some gems — five to be exact. The Air DT Max ’96 has been revealed in a number of Colorado Buffaloes themed colorways, mixing blacks, whites, greys, and golds for that PE-like color-blocking.
It’s unclear if these are ever hitting retail, but there’s plenty down the pipeline if you’re keen on the DT line, like the Air DT Max’96 “Love You, Ma” dropping just before Mother’s Day.
