Andrew Rizzo The Nike Field General is continuing to incorporate new textures, now presented in black patent leather makeup for Summer 2025.
The 80s-born turf shoe does its best formalwear impression here, taken with patent leather on the toe, Swoosh, eyelets, and heel overlays. The toe box and quarter opt for perforated matte leather, a choice that assists greatly in warding off creasing. We’re piling these in the “classy” pool of Field General styles, placed alongside a handful of Bode Astrograbber-esque black and white colorways.
