AVAILABLE NOW: Air Jordan 1 Mid “Cave Stone”

Updated August 21st, 2025: The Air Jordan 1 Mid “Cave Stone” is available now on nike.com.

Original article published April 1st, 2025:

Sneakerheads of a certain age will remember the era when seemingly every significant Jordan retro release had an accompanying Air Jordan 1 to match. “Laney,” “Carmine,” many of the 2010s most defining releases brought Mike’s first signature along for the journey. While the Jumpman is unlikely to carry out that step-for-step cadence in the near future, the brand does have a tendency of making great use of new shadings, captured well by the Air Jordan 1 Mid “Cave Stone.”

Indeed, with the Air Jordan 4 “Cave Stone” set for the back half of the year, Beaverton jumps on the opportunity to make heavy use of that chocolate shade, pasted on the overlays of this AJ1 Mid. While it’s likely a tired comparison at this point, there really is a striking resemblance between this shoe and the vaunted Travis Scott “Mocha” as well, particularly visible with the combination of a jet black and dark brown collar section. The aged midsole and flares of pink accenting via the sock-liner only strengthen that comparison.

Be ready for the Air Jordan 1 Mid “Cave Stone” to make its introduction sometime in the coming few months, retailing for $125. If this pair has particularly caught your attention, keep watch for further updates via our Jordan Release Dates landing page. Otherwise, get a further sense of what to expect with the official images ahead.
