Still under the half dozen mark in terms of colorway we’ve seen, the shoe continues to come into view with the Air More Uptempo Low “Baroque Brown” at hand.
For those who may be catching the Low for the first time, note that the AMBUSH pairs shifted the tooling of the model to closer resemble the chunky skate shoes of the 2000s. Here, it’s a more faithful “chop down” of the parent model, cropping the sidewalls with a rounded edge that continues through the collar. Perhaps the most noticeable change is plastering the spell-out “AIR” text in plush mesh that protrudes outwards from the shoe’s body.
Like many new Swoosh offerings, the Nike Air More Uptempo Low has kept to simplified one-note or two-tone palettes in its early run, again the case with the complementary shades of brown that run throughout this whole shoe.
