Looking at the brand’s two most recent Air Max Day models in the Air Max Dn and Air Max DN8, it’s quite clear that Dynamic Air has overtaken Vapormax as the genre’s key technology of focus. Now on the cusp of its second anniversary, the Vapormax Flyknit 2023 is still the most recent member of its series (for now).
This upcoming men’s colorway features a quality revisited at length since Flyknit has been around; multicolor fabric across the base. The green-dominant upper is married with black treatments on the collar, tongue, and midsole, averting all attention to the sneaker’s the colorful base.
Nike has released a new Vapormax Flyknit model every two years since 2017, but the clock is ticking on a potential 2025 successor. For what it’s worth, the 2023 and 2021 models both debuted around this time of the year (and were announced far in advance).
