The “3SSB” name comes from the 3Stripes Select Basketball camp for kids; basically the adidas version of Nike’s EYBL. Ant wore a mid-top “3SSB” colorway in April of 2024 and later gifted pairs to campers, although unlike the lows, the mids never saw a public release.
Maintaining the same formula as its taller sibling, the Anthony Edwards 1 Low “3SSB” stands out with multicolor tie-dye fabric. Spring-friendly shades of blue, pink, purple, and green crop up across the base, maintaining visibility through a clear toe cap and the honeycombed cage. The lining, laces, and nylon tongue follow suit with more tie-dye, while the TPU cage opts for a more subtle pattern in pink. The heel badge and outsole provide the only solid color, appearing in hot pink and grey, respectively.
