This Air Jordan 1 Low Comes With A Denim Shoebox

The Jumpman has gone big on denim in the past several years, utilizing it heavily through the mainline and retro releases alike. Likely partially spurred by the runaway success of the Levi Air Jordan 4, the Beaverton team hasn’t showed any signs of slowing down in the years since. This might be their biggest creative swing yet, planting a heavy dose of the titular fabric on the Air Jordan 1 Low “Denim” but stretching it even beyond the bounds of the sneaker.

In an inversion of the usual denim Jordan 1 colorways we’ve seen in recent times, jeans material paints the underpinnings of this edition, sporting uneven dying to enhance a well-worn atmosphere built up by an off-white midsole. Pure white flanks those sections, with a timeless gum bottom planted below. However, as promised in our title, spreading a denim graphic onto the typical general release Air Jordan 1 shoebox marks the biggest piece of experimentation with this shoe, perhaps the selling point to put these over the top if you’ve got Canadian tuxedos well represented in your apparel.

The Air Jordan 1 Low “Denim” should be appearing via Nike channels in the coming weeks. If this pair has particularly caught your eye, you can stay totally on top of it via our Jordan Release Dates page.
