If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Sean McDowell’s Nike Air Max Plus has been synonymous with gradient colorways since day one, and nearly three decades later, they’re still a go-to on new releases. Several new gradient looks are slated to arrive during the Summer/Fall 2025 window, the latest being this contemporary “Light Orewood Brown/Dark Pony” option.

Reminiscent of Hershey’s chocolate, a “Dark Pony” gradient base is paired with metallic silver TPU overlays. The brown hue returns on the mudguard, toe cap, tongue top, and heel, while “Light Orweood Brown” settles on the midsole and lining. Rounding out standard color blocking below, a gradient midfoot plate and “Dark Pony” outsole complete the delivery.

The Nike Air Max Plus “Light Orewood Brown/Dark Pony” is due out soon via nike.com and retailers in men’s sizes, priced at $180. Scroll through the official image gallery below if you’re moved to cop.
