Sneaker News Nike’s jean-covered Air Max 95 OG collaboration with Levi’s has been revealed; three colorways are expected to release later this year. Continue reading to learn more about this upcoming collaboration.
First reports of this collaborative project were leaked in 2024, with three distinct shades confirmed to be part of this capsule. Given Levi’s past relationship history with the Nike, Inc. brands, it was largely presumed that blue denim, black denim, and white denim would be part of the mix, unofficially confirmed by the color codes of the product SKUs.
Today, we’re receiving a first look at the collaboration via @lilnonsen5e; each pair features a stitch-heavy upper on the gradient paneling, with no denim exterior left unthreaded. A rough canvas replaces the classic sport mesh that covers the lace eyelet loops, while each pair features a distinct bottom color (white with gum, blue with blue, black with black). Each pair also comes pre-laced with matching laces, but alternate red laces appear to be included in the set.
This first look image doesn’t reveal key angles such as the bottoms or the heel where additional liberties may have been taken by the Levi’s and Nike creative team. More images will likely surface soon now that these are out in the open, so stay tuned for updates. MSRP is set at $225 each.
Meanwhile, the Air Max 95 OG “Bright Mandarin” is confirmed to drop on June 5th.
