The Air Flightposite is one of Eric Avar’s many breathtaking designs that still stands up today; brands are currently exploring foam-molded exteriors and outer zippers today, whereas this model is over two decades old.
This silhouette is poised to have its most fruitful year yet; recently, we showed you a first look at the “Dusty Cactus” colorway, but before we get to those hitting shelves, Nike has revealed a new Sail/Black iteration that strongly reminds us of the “Pearl White” colorway from the model’s original run.

The one gripe with the present-day Flightposite Retro is the incorrect outsoles that the brand first introduced in 2014. When Nike changes the outsole bottoms, it is usually due to cost.
