Three colorways are currently rolling out.

adidas Stays On-Trend With A New Soccer-Inspired F50 Taekwondo

If riding the #bootsonlysummer trend is the assignment, adidas can play that game. While we wait on the viral walkable adidas soccer cleat to arrive in 2026, the Three Stripes is rolling out a new women’s Taekwondo style inspired by F50 soccer boots.

The adidas F50 cleat line began in 2004 and has no shortage of pro ambassadors, namely longtime adidas frontman Lionel Messi. The overall shape of the adidas Taekwondo is kept in-tact here, but the upper is completely overhauled. Gone are the leather stripes and backtab, replaced by screen-printed graphics atop a synthetic, uniform outer shell. Curved stripes run along both sides, while the adidas Football logo appears on a velcro lace cover. Underfoot, standard adidas Taekwondo outsoles maintain some street wearability.

adidas has minted three F50 Taekwondo colorways; “Purple Rush/Lucid Lemon/Royal Blue,” “Bright Yellow/Bright Blue/Royal Blue,” and “Royal Blue/Footwear White/Dark Blue.” All three are currently making their way out to retailers, meaning an adidas.com release should occur shortly. See official images of all three colorways below.
