Nike Reimagines The Air Force 1 With Black Pony Hair

Women's sizes release Fall 2025.

Nike Reimagines The Air Force 1 With Black Pony Hair

From Olivia Kim’s Air Jordan 4 to Clint419’s more recent Nike Trainer Huarache, black pony hair is a common thread among several memorable Nike releases in recent years. Now moving from collaborations to in-house projects, the Beaverton brand is continuing a mini run of luxurious Air Force 1s with a new women’s style featuring that sought-after texture.

It’s the “Triple Black” AF1 you know and love (or fear), but with faux pony hair as opposed to leather up top. Premium branding on the tongue and backtab further elevates the delivery, as do waxed laces and matching black AF1 dubraes. This marks the second luxury-inspired Air Force 1 we’ve seen emerge in recent weeks, preceded by a different black colorway featuring five different materials.

The Nike Air Force 1 “Black Pony Hair” retails for $135 and is expected to land Fall 2025 in women’s sizes only. Scroll through the full image gallery below if these might deserve a spot in your rotation.
