After checking off pairs for a whole host of EU clubs like Real Madrid, Manchester United, and Juventus, adidas is taking its talents stateside with Gazelles inspired by some of its sponsored MLS clubs. Right behind Messi’s Inter Miami Gazelles are three new styles set to land July 16th.
All three colorways follow the same general formula; the backtabs feature the respective club’s crest/logo, while the model’s suede upper, stripes, and sole inject the corresponding palette. Notably, unlike most EU club pairs, these don’t feature special text in place of “Gazelle” along the stripes.
First up is a pair for Nashville FC; one of the league’s stronger teams this season with less than halfway to go. Here we have a navy suede upper, grey stripes, and compelling light blue on the sole/backtab. Then come the Seattle Sounders with an aquatic teal/royal blue colorway, followed by the San Jose Earthquakes with a gray pair featuring multi-color stripes.
As mentioned, all three “MLS” Gazelles are slated to release July 16th via adidas.com; expect to pay $110 if you’re set on copping a pair.
