The Jordan Spiz’ike Low “Do The Right Thing” Will Hit Retail

In celebration of the 35th Anniversary of Spike Lee’s Do The Right Thing film, Jordan Brand celebrated with a limited edition of the Jordan Spiz’ike Low individually numbered to 100 pairs. Movie buffs, Brooklynites, and Jordan heads convened at Spike’s brownstone home in Fort Greene on June 29th for a special pop-up followed by a block party on the 30th, commemorating the historic moment in black history and the arts.

As it turns out, Jordan Brand’s recognition of this achievement will continue for fans worldwide. The same “Do The Right Thing” colorway of the Spiz’ike Low, decorated in sharp hits of red and green on a white upper, yellowed midsole, and iconic elephant print, will eventually hit retail. However, his public release version does not feature the “DTRT 35” tab on the netting nor does it include the 40 Acres And A Mule logo on the lace shroud nor does it include the special lace dubrae.

Still, Spiz’ike fans should be ecstatic, because these are easily one of the more attractive colorways of this low-top hybrid model. More details to come, so peep the official images ahead and stay tuned for a release on Nike.com for $165.
