Eliud Kipchoge’s Nike Zoom Fly 6 Launches This Fall

Eliud Kipchoge is the GOAT of marathon running – period. The Kenyan runner achieved what was thought to be impossible in 2019, breaking the sub-two-hour marathon mark with a remarkable time of 1:59:40. Nike’s stable of super shoes is what helps him perform his best, and the Beaverton brand has aptly rewarded Kipchoge with an ample variety of special releases over the years. The Zoom Fly 6 is the model of focus here, taken in a playful colorway featuring some special messaging.

Official images reveal a smattering of multi-color accents over a neutral base and midsole. The main Swoosh and front portion of the tread appear in green, while blue, orange, and purple streaks appear underfoot. A variety of hand-drawn graphics add a personal touch, starting with an orange and purple Swoosh on the medial side. The same motif repeats in green over bright red insoles, while hand-drawn typography reading “no human is limited” appears on the midsole, echoing Kipchoge’s record-breaking resume.

Kipchoge doesn’t wear the Zoom Fly 6 during marathons (he almost exclusively rocks Alphafly models), but he did help wear-test the sneaker during its development stage. Designed for both daily training and race day performance, the model features a full-length carbon fiber FlyPlate and combination of ZoomX/SR-02 foam, weighing in at 9.3 oz (265g) in a men’s size 10.

Eliud Kipchoge’s latest Nike Zoom Fly 6 is slated to release Fall 2025 for $180 in men’s and women’s sizes; see official images below and hit our Sneaker Release Dates page to preview more upcoming runners.

Speaking of which, the Nike Pegasus Premium is continuing to surface in new colorways.
