Houseflies Swarm On This Nike Air Force 1 Low

“Meme shoes” are a hotter topic than ever, coming to a head with the Air Force 1 “Dirty Triple White” and undoubtedly imbuing the upcoming Nike Dunk Low “Panda” collection, partially taking after the “blind box” craze elsewhere in retail and partially nodding at the frenzy formerly surrounding the Swoosh’s black and white staple. An upcoming edition of the Uptown really takes the cake when it comes to tongue-in-cheek flair, as a Nike Air Force 1 Low with houseflies perched on it is sure to elicit explosive reactions from consumers.

We’re honestly having trouble believing the words that we’re typing, but the arrangement is as simple as it sounds. Atop a tumbled leather version of the everlasting all-white, 64 houseflies in various material make-ups (embroidered, printed, and otherwise) perch throughout the profile, making a home everywhere they can. That includes the immediately apparent spots like the upper, midsole, and tongue, but also some tucked-away corners; just when you think you’ve got ’em all, one lives on the sockliner, peeking from inside the tongue tag, or forged into the lace dubrae.

The resulting question, of course, is why? Sadly, no immediately obvious reasons to pin pests on this pair come to mind. If this gets any special treatment beyond just being a decidedly strange GR, we’ll likely get more info in the coming months — the Nike Air Force 1 Low “Houseflies” is expected Holiday 2025 for $130.
