The Nike Ja 3 “Turbo Green” Releases November 5th

Gone are the days of signature Nike Basketball shoes without identity. With a unique design centered around Ja Morant’s signature logo, the Nike Ja 3 has already stood out as one of the Swoosh’s most unanimously praised signature models in ages. Rather than keep upcoming colorways under wraps, Nike Basketball has taken an unconventional approach by unveiling a whole host of looks for Fall/Winter 2025 and beyond, some of which Ja actually leaked personally. The Ja 3 “Turbo Green” is one to look our for come November; a compelling throwback look aligned with retro Grizzlies uniforms.

Importantly, the Grizzlies recently announced that they will bring back their classic throwback uniforms from 2001-2005 for the 2025-26 season. The franchise moved from Vancouver to Memphis in 2001, but maintained the same teal and red-dominant brand kit during its first few years in Tennessee. The team’s Vancouver jerseys, worn notably by Shareef Abdur-Rahim and Mike Bibby, are well regarded as one of the better NBA jerseys of the ’90s (unquestionably the best era for NBA jersey designs across the board).

Made to match the throwback jersey Ja will soon wear on-court, the Ja 3 here features a “Turbo Green” base, black logo detailing, and red Swoosh logos featuring white borders. Gold Ja Morant logos appear on the tongue, while the star guard’s jersey number is stitched onto the heel in red.

The Ja 3 “Turbo Green” will be available in adult and GS sizes on November 5th, priced at $125 for adults. See detailed images below as anticipation builds.
