Sneaker News Lapstone & Hammer is ready to celebrate its 10th Anniversary with an exclusive ASICS GEL-1130 release on September 20th.
Over the last decade, Lapstone & Hammer has been chiseling out some memorable special projects for the culture. Whether they’re channeling their affinity for dip-dye techniques on ASICS Sportstyle icons or partnering with local communities and organizations like Coral Studios, the Philadelphia-based shop has organically grown into one of the city’s proudest shopping destinations and is considered to be among the foremost retail imprints across the nation.
In celebration of the milestone, long-time partner ASICS is joining in with an exclusive GEL-1130 release built with cream, gold, and silver. This palette is intended to blend with the elegant Lapstone’s elevated hardware including marble surfaces, brass fixtures, and more.
Alongside the ASICS GEL-1130 is a limited capsule created in collaboration with two established Philly-based brands–Mitchell & Ness and Icarus Football. The entire capsule will drop exclusively at Lapstone & Hammer in-store and online at 10 AM ET.
Additionally, Lapstone & Hammer is hosting a celebratory event on September 19th, 2025; this event is open to the public (21+) with open bar Cocktails by 13th Streets Cocktails and music by FROSTY.
