The Air Jordan 11 “Mojave” Pulls From Vegas Sunsets

With many of the year’s biggest releases already set in stone, we couldn’t fault our readership for feeling like they know exactly what to expect with the much-bandied-about “Jordan Brand 40th anniversary.” Though the celebration has buoyed many of the Jumpman’s most iconic designs, the Air Jordan 1 and Air Jordan 5 have been big winners, each one checking off forty and thirty-five years on the shelves, respectively. Yet unexpectedly, Jordan Brand had another ace up its sleeve: now unveiling a nine-pair set for the Air Jordan 11 30th anniversary.

A majority of what’s revealed here sits as region exclusives. Those who feel spurned by the typical NYC and LA activations are in luck on the North American end of the crowd; the Air Jordan 11 “Mojave” pulls from Las Vegas and is confirmed to only drop via Sin City retailers. Rather than the Strip, it’s Nevada’s natural landscapes that inspire this shoe in totality, pulling its purple overall hues from sunset vistas and interpreting Southwest terra cotta with a suede build—reflective trim, most notable on the Jumpman, and jet-black anchoring rounds out this sleek edition.

All told, rejecting the Air Jordan 11’s trademark patent leather mudguard is no doubt a massive swing, typically reserved for “Pinnacle,” “Premium,” or women’s-exclusive velvet series. Yet it’s that significant risk that helps this variation and its 30th-year partners carry a special air going into their Q4/Q1 2026 rollouts.

Again, you’ll only be able to pick up the Air Jordan 11 “Mojave” in person via Las Vegas stockists, dropping on November 22nd. We’ll keep you posted with info on which stores will be carrying this shoe via updates to this page and our Jordan Release Dates hub.
