When it comes to getting fitted for a match, who’s got it better than Paris Saint-Germain? Beyond just a simple sponsorship deal, the French giant and Nike have brought waves upon waves of footwear options to their shared hardcores, ranging from retro Jordans to Air Max. The latter is a factor once again as the Champions League rages on, with the Paris Saint-Germain Nike Air Max TL 2.5 coming to light.

In their history, the Nike Air Max Plus has emerged as the de facto signature of the Ligue 1 squad, making this look to the 2000s-era retro model an unexpected one. What isn’t as surprising is the commemorative colorway that drapes it, utilizing the iconic blend of navy blue and red that’s shorthand within the fanbase. On top of featuring the PSG logo on the insoles, that section splays out a regal chainlink pattern, adding some depth to the design within the bounds of an overall simple ode.

The Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) x Nike Air Max TL 2.5 is expected to hit Nike EU on December 1st, likely commanding a premium over the silhouette’s usual $180 retail price.
