Ready for Halloween.

Official Images Of The Nike Book 1 “Scorpion”

Truly few silhouettes have the long leash that the Nike Book 1 has had. With its “Chapter One” teeing off just days before the end of 2023 and the Nike Book 2 now expected to debut in Spring 2026, it’s possible that Devin Booker superfans out there will have unwrapped his first silhouette at three consecutive Christmases by the time we put a bow on 2025. However, Booker’s love for Halloween has now been given two chances to shine, on a 2024 duo that harkened to the Nightmare Before Christmas and now one a year-later that keeps things less heady.

Depicted in retailer shots and a social media in-hand look, the Nike Book 1 “Halloween” opts for a glossy leather in this year’s take, coated in an all-over scorpion print that alludes to Booker’s late October birthday and resulting Scorpio sign. While that and an overall black/white colorway, aligning with the Nike KD 18 “Halloween,” makes for a sensible celebratory pair, the true draw just might be the lenticular/rainbow finish, somehow allowing for this monochromatic edition to become one of the more eye-catching in Book’s canon. For one final piece of intrigue, the man himself stopped into that aforementioned IG unboxing to note that there’s some finer detailers at play when viewed under a blacklight.

The Nike Book 1 “Halloween” 2025 is expected to release on October 21st, retailing for $155. Catch a few shots below and keep our coverage within reach for more looks as that launch nears closer.
