Great Scott! Crocs Goes Back To The Future On October 21st

Back to the Future is a property that’s already canonized in sneakers, owing largely to the mythical Nike Air Mag, but later explored with efforts from the likes of Converse and Ewing Athletics. Mercifully left untouched by the prequel/reboot/sequel industrial complex, any overtures toward the franchise have linked to its core texts. As the 10 year anniversary of Marty and Doc’s “arrival date” fast approaches, we’re getting another with the first Back to the Future x Crocs collection.

Set to release on the exact date, October 21st, 2025, the beloved ’80s film inspires a heartfully dedicated do-up of the Crocs Classic Clog. Genuinely not one piece of real estate remains untouched on this shoe, beginning with the Delorean’s time machine read-out on the heel strap. Futuristic blue “wiring” eminates out of it, while the iconic 88 MPH appears on the back heel. Cut to the front of the shoe for a lightning storm finish on the toe and the trail of flames painting the midsole. Finally, the overall body of the Back to the Future Crocs Classic Clog wears an all-over pattern of film iconography, closed with suite of Jibbitz charms including Marty’s puffer vest, Biff’s Sports Almanac, and the Outatime license plate.

Again, the Back to the Future x Crocs Classic Clog is slated for release on October 21st via Crocs and partnering retailers, commanding an $85 sticker price. Catch official images below.
