Though those with an eye on the music industry were likely aware of him already, sneakerheads certainly woke up to the name Steven Victor in 2025. After a guerrilla marketing campaign for his special makeup of the Nike Air Force 1, the Nike x Victor Victor relationship became official with the Nike Air Max DN8, dropping off two sleek versions of the eight-chambered silhouette for New York City and Tokyo.
Now, the multi-vertical magnate expands his footwear legacy, minting a relationship with Timberland on the iconic 6-inch boot. At first glance, you’ll note that the “Wheat” arrangement that’s become a hallmark of the American workwear conglomerate remains intact across much of the real estate, maintaining its rope laces and earthy overtones. Compositionally, the Victor Victor x Timberland Boot is subtle in its color-up, tinting the collar in blue suede as an homage to Detroit, Michigan. The branding is where Steven’s presence is felt a bit more strongly, adding an embossed dog logo onto the tongue, mirroring the same on two leather hangtags, and revamping the tree logo near the heel with spell-out “Victor Victor” text.
The Victor Victor x Timberland 6-Inch Boot touches down on November 14th. It’s unclear exactly what the primary method of release for this limited collab will be, but Timberland will be hosting a dedicated retail experience to commemorate the release, dropping an ultra-exclusive set of fifty pairs via that channel. We’ll keep you posted with the latest via this page.
