Andrew Rizzo When Nike dropped white and black Kobe Bryant Air Force 1 styles last year, little did we know we were on the cusp of a full-fledged series created on the Mamba’s behalf. We’ve since gotten a whole slew of different looks, including a Protro edition featuring ReactX insoles and even an FC Barcelona edition inspired by Kobe’s favorite soccer club. The latest to emerge via Nike officials is this “Lenticular” makeup releasing Holiday 2025.
One of a handful of monochrome snakeskin looks behind black and “Court Purple” colorways, the staple silhouette here features a fully lenticular silver upper built atop a semi-translucent sole unit. Text reading “Mamba Mentality” splits custom lace dubraes, while Kobe’s 8 and 24 jersey numbers appear on the two inner tongue tags. Kobe sheaths appear on the insoles, backtabs, and a paper hangtag that accompanies the shoes.
Several additional Kobe Bryant Nike Air Force 1 styles are expected later on, including a “Linen” look reminiscent of an iconic 2007 release as well as “Home” and “Away” colorways inspired by Kobe’s Lower Merion Aces high school team.
As for the sneaker at hand, the Kobe Bryant Nike Air Force 1 “Lenticular” is due out during the Holiday 2025 shopping season. See official images below if these are a must.
