Air Jordan 4 “Flight Club” Launches On January 17th

Before “Flight Club” became synonymous with the sneaker resale scene, it was the name of Jordan Brand’s mailer back in the late 80s and early 90s, a program that delivered behind-the-scenes content and early previews of upcoming Jordans long before Sneaker News and even pioneering forums like Niketalk existed. Many of today’s sneaker buyers weren’t around to experience that era, but as we’ve seen through recent pairs like the “Black Toe Reimagined” 1s in recent seasons, the Jumpman is again using footwear to teach its own history, this time through an inspired Jordan 4 earmarked for next year.

The last reported release date for the “Flight Club” 4s was March 2026, but we’re now learning the release has been bumped up to January 17th. There are a few key changes from the sample pair we covered the other month, most notably a new suede toe overlay featuring multiple lines of stitching that follow the shape of the panel.

Elsewhere, the sneaker mostly takes after the Jordan 4 “Military Black” with a white leather base and black accents on the eyestays, midsole, and heel. The Nike Air branding comes in black with red edges, matched by red fabric on the inner tongue. The defining details are Jordan Flight Club logos on the tongue and insoles, the latter of which feature x-ray-style graphics.

The “Flight Club” 4s are currently scheduled to drop January 17th, 2026 via Nike and retailers. Scroll through the full gallery below and keep our Jordan Release Dates page on lock for any and all updates.
