Andrew Rizzo Following a larger duo featuring designs comparable to the retailer’s Gucci-esque Nike Air Max 97 collaboration from the late 2010s, UNDEFEATED is helping close out the year of the “big bubble” Air Max 95 with a quartet of super-limited regional exclusives. Among them is a “Fire Red” colorway for Tokyo, limited to just 600 total pairs.
If you’re in the region, UNDEFEATED sent out an app push notification today, December 12th, to select recipients, granting access to an in-store raffle opportunity at UNDEFEATED’s Shibuya location. The sneaker builds off the OG gradient scheme associated with the “Neon” colorway, but swaps in Fire Red across the eyelets, Air units, and other accents. Additional details include TPU Swooshes, a red UNDEFEATED-branded lace toggle, and repeating UNDEFEATED branding along the second-lowest overlay, rendered in grey and black leather with white text. The insoles are stitched with “1/600,” underscoring the shoe’s extremely limited nature.
Again, the UNDEFEATED x Nike Air Max 95 “Fire Red” is exclusive to Tokyo. Participation requires receiving an UNDEFEATED app push notification on December 12th. Selected participants are instructed to gather at UNDEFEATED’s Shibuya store at 9:00 AM local time on December 14th for the raffle.
