The Statue Of Liberty Inspires This Upcoming Nike Sabrina 3

We just saw Lady Liberty serve as the muse for one of the best Kobes of the year in Jalen Brunson’s Kobe 6 PE, a well-earned release for the most beloved men’s hooper in New York right now. Now it’s the women’s turn. Sabrina Ionescu’s Nike Sabrina 3 here takes on a Statue of Liberty-inspired design for Spring 2026, nodding to both the iconic monument and the namesake of her WNBA squad.

These feel like an especially strong consolation prize for anyone who missed out on the Brunson Kobes, particularly given how often Sabrina’s signature line is compared to the Mamba’s. This Sabrina 3 adopts nearly identical color blocking, starting with a full Mint Foam upper and midsole. The Swooshes come in black rather than copper, but Metallic Gold Sabrina logos on the tongue subtly reference Lady Liberty’s original, pre-patina appearance.

Ionescu is technically an unrestricted free agent as of this writing, but New York Liberty general manager Jonathan Kolb has expressed confidence that she will be re-signed alongside fellow stars Breanna Stewart and Jonquel Jones. From our position, Nike’s continued rollout of New York-inspired colorways only reinforces that expectation.

The Nike Sabrina 3 “Statue of Liberty” is expected to release Spring 2026 for $135 in adult sizing. See official images below if you’re planning to add these to your hoop shoe rotation.
