For All-Star 2026, Ant and adidas take things a step further by openly clowning the rest of the NBA’s elite. Victor Wembanyama appears as an alien as Ant drills a jumper and chirps “weight room,” while the stat bars at the bottom of the ad deliver some brutal one-liners. Giannis Antetokounmpo runs the “FT Time” stat, Nikola Jokić is credited for his “Equestrian Skills,” and reigning MVP Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is shown next to a ref with his favorite accessory being a whistle, a nod to the free-throw discourse that follows him online. The Converse SHAI 001 catches a stray as well, with “Not Da 2s” appearing under SGA’s shoe category. Rounding things out is a completely gassed Luka Dončić, poking fun at the conditioning chatter that resurfaced around his shocking trade from Dallas to Los Angeles.
On foot is the adidas Anthony Edwards 2 “All-Star” aka “Lucid Orange,” set to release February 12th just ahead of All-Star Weekend. Edwards was recently named a 2026 Western Conference All-Star reserve, marking his fourth straight selection in six total years in the league. Needless to say, his latest adidas ad might earn him a few side-eyes in the locker room.
