Matt Varga As surely anyone with a passing interest in footwear knows, it’s hard to match KITH’s rolodex. Nearly every major footwear player has looked to Ronnie Fieg and his imprint at one juncture or another, recently inducting the ever-trendy Salomon into their ranks in 2024. The outdoorswear company utilized that inaugural capsule to introduce the XT-Voyager, and there’s a real rhyming quality to their latest, as the XT-Voyager 2 and the XT-4K feature in their latest.
The latter, first introduced with a holiday link-up in December ’24, carries a new model name but largely hews close to the mainline XT-4, with the obvious exception of brand spellout text across the sidewalls. Now divorced from those wintery themes, KITH outfits its ripstop upper with a dusky gradient base, finishing with co-branded detailing and a custom mountain-laden tongue. Though the overall shape of the XT-Voyager 2 sticks close to the shrouded arrangement from its predecessor, you can make out a sleeker upper design, leaning into a no-sew composition, for this initial offering. To keep things classy, KITH outfits the new model in monochromatic creams and blacks for stages two and three of this tri-headed collection.
