More than just a sneaker, the Nike Air Force 1 Low has become a cultural titan, shorthand for someone who’s “in the know” when it comes to their footwear choices. Stateside, the debate rages on as to which city vaulted the once basketball silhouette to its current status, but Bruce Kilgore’s design has far surpassed just the United States.

With that in mind, the Nike Air Force 1 Low now looks to an “On Tour” arrangement, first coming to light via shots of big kids’ sizing. The concept is impossible to miss: multicolor embroidery splays the shoe’s upper with worldwide locales from Baltimore to Amsterdam, from Seoul to Lima. Though we could plausibly regard this pair as a simple multicultural celebration, the “On Tour Since ’82” insoles all but confirm that the shoe’s borderless ubiquity is what’s truly in focus here. Given that, it’s likely no coincidence that “Beaverton” sits foremost on one of the lateral Swooshes, one of the finishing touches alongside “Tour” branding on the heels and light blue text on the tongues.

So far, only Grade School runs of the Nike Air Force 1 Low “On Tour” have been spotted on Nike sites; it’s unclear whether adult pairs will accompany them once these land worldwide.
