As we’ve said so, so many times before, the World Cup moment remains one of the biggest plotlines in 2026. Now, the international showcase is almost here, and while their competitors have their own sturdy contributions, where Nike has a clear advantage is having the home team under their label.

Adding to the actual kits that’ll be on the pitch in short order and footwear options like the Nike Air Force 1 Low “Team USA” is a new Air Max 95, itself representing another massive wave coming out of Beaverton. A “Nike FC” badge is the clear conceptual center of this colorway, setting up the “Obsidian/Challenge Red” interplay that plays throughout the rest of the shoe. Nike swerves away from the silhouette’s hallmarks with textured leather sidewalls, though a summery atmosphere still lives on with the standard mesh base.
