Such has long been the case with New Balance’s Made in USA/England models, no stranger to collabs and bright Teddy Santis-curated styles, but more often than not executed in crisp GRs that align well with the less is more principle.
This New Balance 991v2 fits that billing perfectly, opting for “Mahogany Rose” across the usual suede, leather, and mesh mix. The 991v2 is arguably the hottest of all Made in USA/England models at the moment, partly because it’s the newest and partly because it’s gotten more releases than any other in recent years. It’s also, subjectively speaking, just a damn good looking shoe.
