The Air Jordan 1 Mid at hand doesn’t entirely reshape itself to fit formal applications, but instead takes existing hallmarks and reshapes them for a gussied-up purpose. Wingtip detailing on the toe, serrated leather edges, tasseled attachments, thin leather laces, and a remodeled perforation pattern demonstrate how Beaverton designers were willing to get creative for the task. More traditional touches like a golden Wings logo and a gum outsole lean on well-established hallmarks from Nike, Inc. that’ve helped imbue a classy atmosphere for decades.
