Andrew Rizzo Nike is throwing up another Batsignal with another DC-coded take on the Air Max 95 Big Bubble, set to release Fall 2026.
Black and yellow 95s are nothing new, revisited time and again via gradient inline releases, collaborations, and standouts like the “City Special” aka “Taxi.” Our regular readers might recall that we’ve actually made a “Batman” comparison before on a GR colorway from Summer 2025. Opinions are subjective, but this one’s better.
The Sergio Lozano-designed icon here sports a grey suede gradient with a black midsole, tongue, and toe cap. The release is most comparable to an upcoming “Black Tongue Pack” style, with that quartet drawing from mita sneakers’ iconic “Ueno Prototype.” Chrome Yellow animates the Swooshes, tongue label, outsole, Air bags, and even the spine stitching for added contrast. So clean.
The Nike Air Max 95 “Batman” doesn’t have a concrete release date yet, but pairs should drop via Nike and select retailers during the Fall/Winter 2026 window. Retail is set at $190 in men’s sizes.
