The Nike Zoom Vomero 5 Returns In “Cave Stone”

After taking a back seat to the Nike Vomero 5 proper during the spring and summer months, the weatherized Vomero 5 Roam is coming back into focus in time for the harsher weather ahead. The first new colorway seen since last December is a monochrome “Cave Stone” makeup that takes a somewhat incognito, somewhat techwear approach to the model, shown here via official images.

Surely recognizable to a good chunk of our readership thanks to last year’s “Cave Stone” 4s, the titular color takes over the rugged midsole and the TPU frame that encircles the bottom half of the upper. The ripstop portion up top skews slightly lighter in Enigma Stone, while Olive Aura paints the center of the outsole underfoot. Per usual, the insoles appear in royal blue.
