Nike Brings Back Pony Hair Goadomes For Winter

As we’ve mentioned in coverage of the Nike Foamdome Low and the “Croc Skin” series, the Nike Air Max Goadome is entering its second straight winter as a top-level priority for the Swoosh. We’ve gotten used to the always-on simple colorways and some of the more fashionable takeovers, but the model is now testing something fully unexpected: a retro for the Air Max Goadome “Black Pony Hair.”

First released during the silhouette’s Winter 2025 effort, this version was an initial signal of the experimental flair that’s come to define this go-around for the Goadome. Justifying a bring-back in the first place is the fact that this style sold out rather quickly upon release, relatedly resulting in a pretty steady resale presence for this fluffy version. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the quick turnaround, the 2026 edition stays true to what we saw the year prior, utilizing a comprehensively black colorway with the only interruptions coming with a white outline Swoosh and clear cushioning underfoot.

The restock of the Nike Air Max Goadome “Black Pony Hair” is expected for October 29th, holding onto a $230 retail price. Updated on-white images are included below.
