Sneaker News Nike is bringing college football pride to the Air Foamposite Pro, with the LSU Tigers joining the Ohio State Buckeyes in an upcoming series of school-inspired releases.
The Swoosh has already explored this concept through its Vaporposite Pro football cleats, outfitting select college programs with player-exclusive designs featuring their respective school colors and branding. Now, Nike is extending that collegiate spirit to the street-ready Air Foamposite Pro, giving fans an opportunity to represent their schools beyond the football field.
For LSU, Nike has gone all-in on the Tigers’ unmistakable identity with a bright yellow Foamposite shell covered in an all-over tiger stripe pattern, giving the molded upper a graphic treatment that immediately distinguishes it from traditional Foamposite releases. Purple ankle collars and interiors complete the school’s signature color combination. Official LSU logos appear on both the tongue and heel, while “Geaux Tigers” is printed on the heel-tabs.
The Nike Air Foamposite Pro “LSU Tigers” is scheduled to release on November 5th, 2026, for $250 at select retailers; these drop on the same day as the Ohio State Foamposites and other NCAA themed drops.
