Set to debut in the new year, Jordan Brand’s latest take on the high-fashion boot craze has been met with a range of reactions. Arriving in a Vachetta leather and a “Triple-Black” treatment, the Air Jordan 1 fused design now extends its first true hue from the Pantone wheel.

Stamped with a bright green flavor, the silhouette’s heavily platformed sole unit and lugged tread underfoot are cast in a single shade of evergreen that’s sure to stand apart from the pack. The upper maintains its connection to the base of the AJ1 while the upper collar is stretched to new heights. The latter is cured exclusively in rich “Sail” tint, contradicting the midsole just below while maintaining the pair’s chosen tonal color blocking. What’s more, a bit of green begins to bleed through from the upper, animating the tongue tabs and insoles in closing.

The Air Jordan 1 Brooklyn “Green/Sail” is expected to be released early in 2024. While we await firm details, the pair can be seen ahead in detailed imagery.

In other news from the Beaverton brand, the Kobe Reverse Grinch releases on December 15th.
