Clear Skies Ahead For The Nike Air Max Plus “Battle Blue”

Though Air Max Day is in the rear view, the product line is still chugging along sans celebration. Their Nike Air Max Plus Drift siblings may have received more of the brand attention so far this year, but the Air Max Plus proper is impressing once again with its latest “Battle Blue” do.

Given the importance of skyscapes in the model’s conception, it’s honestly a shock it’s taken this long for this theme to explored on the silhouette. Nonetheless, the imagery of a clear day is easy to track, a soft gradient taking the mesh upper from “Battle Blue” to “Blue Gaze.” It’s obviously caged in cloudy pure white, but those with a keen eye will spot the sunny accents on the outsole that bring this design (literally) full circle.
