The Miami Heat defeated the Bulls in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Finals, and right now, all the momentum is on the South Beach side. The Nike LeBron 8 ‘South Beach’ is already hitting the $1,000 mark in resale prices, so if LeBron does in fact win his first NBA Championship, prepare yourself for an even higher asking price because the demand for one of 2010’s biggest sneakers will go through the roof. For those of you unwilling to shell out a hefty payment for a pair of sneakers, you can go the Nike iD route, like Vu Nguyen aka ‘Vurus’ did. His Nike Air Max 1 iD features a tonal Chlorine Blue upper, matched with pink laces and translucent outsole with a black inner lining, swoosh, and midsole. Not the exact color-blocking seen on the ‘South Beach’, but close enough to the best. Check out his ‘Miami Vice’ iD after the jump and let us know what you think.
