Michael Le With the unveiling of Chemist Creations‘ own take on the silhouette, it seems ASICS as a whole is spotlighting the trail-infused GEL-Fujitrabuco 7, seemingly recruiting different labels to help bring the model out of its own preconceived notions. While the aforementioned gave it a charcoal and soda pop inspired make-up, the model’s latest fling with BEAMS is one of full adherence to its performance roots as the notable institution provides GORE-TEX upgrades to its toolbox of materials. Contrast elements are found aplenty for the most part despite hits only swapping in and out of dark greys and lighter tints; logos for the central material break up in bright yellows at the toe, sitting atop a backdrop of all-over striped prints and subtly branded stamps of the same typography. Treads, in their aggressive spikes and various crevices, are dyed extremely black, matching little of the upper save for the outline of the tiger stripe. Adjacent are panelling of neutral color blocking, creating interest through its many zig zags and overlaid taping, forefoot caps, and heel wraps. Grab a detailed look at these right here and expect to see them rolling out to the retailer’s many locations and online come early November.
