Last year’s roster of adidas Consortium releases, while few, ushered in more than a handful of unique silhouettes. The brand’s “Gardening Pack” internally spearheaded their trail-influenced design trend and helped begin the legacy of the unveiled Response Hoverturf. After a few neutral colorways, the silhouette is back with a duo whose most notable inclusions are a few touches of color.
Regardless of their differences, both pair’s constructions are wholeheartedly the same. The first, which leads with white shades instead of black, calls attention to the durable Ripstop fabrics that lines the underlying base. Above, leather fixtures replete with white stitch create contrast in tandem with the same-toned lining, laces, and tooling. Three Stripes logos, while typically left monochome, hue a bright yellow much like the accompanying pair — the latter, however, goes a step further as it also accents the midsole, heel, and lining. Elsewhere, a spectrum of grey to black shades dye in a makeshift gradation, composing towards the extreme from the bottom to the top.
Grab a detailed look at both pairs here and expect a release to hit select stores on June 26th.
