During the last Winter Season, Amsterdam-based sneaker shop Patta collaborated with Nike to produce four sick colourways of the Patta x Nike Air Max 1, using a great amalgam of textures. There was a fifth unreleased Nike Air Max 1 that carried with it some confusion as to who was behind the shoe; was it Patta, or Dutch artist with near-identical insignia Parra? Well turns out BOTH icons are involved; the artwork was at the hands of Parra but will be released by Patta. Much to the fist-pumps of Air Max fans, these will in fact release, so pray that these pleasant Parra Pattas will be priced pleasingly for the public (say that three times fast).
