Last year’s Black Friday Air Jordan Retro release was an OG colorway of one of the most popular Jordans ever created. That recipe for success will be repeated for post-Thanksgiving Day later this year as the Air Jordan III Black/Cement will hit stores (as a standalone pair) after a decade of quietude. You might be muttering to yourself “well, I still have the CDPs from 2008, so why get these?”. It should be noted that the upper material features a synthetic tumbled leather that resembles the rich broken-in appeal from the 2001 Retro release (opposed to the smoother, flatter leather used in the 2008 CDP release). Also, why would you not want to add another pair of Black/Cement IIIs to your arsenal? its just sad how you ignorant "sneakerheads" cant tell the difference between good and poor quality materials, when leather is too shiny and wrinkly chances are its cheap and thin. anyone with jordans prior to 2008 would know this.

got these early and the leather is shiny, not as shiny as the images but still a little slick looking, "leather" isn't that great, kinda thin and plastic feeling and looks like it may crack along the tumbled pattern in high crease areas in a shorter time than it should. Still a sick shoe though regardless of all the changes from the OGs.

Blk/cement 3> concords IMO. I'll def be scooping me a pair I passed on the cdp version and sold my 01 pair when I copped back in HS since they ain't fit. One of my top 5 Js.

They are the same leather on the White cements that was released earlier this year…just black…it looks more define because black shines more…the white one shines too

Just copped 2 pair, $200 a pop, the soft leather def does it justice, resembles the OG's..creases push back out easier. Super fresh and 4 months early!!!! These release on Black Friday so i suggest getting them early if you got other sales to worry about, or miss out!! lol FRESSSH
