In early Summer of 2005, sneaker heads went nuts over leaked pictures of the ‘Gucci’ SB Dunk High that was set to release that August as part of the ‘team manager’ series. However the highly anticipated Dunks were scrapped due to unforeseen political reasons, and the popular shoes became merely a myth to many. Over three years later and several imitations, Nike SB finally revives a strikingly similar colorway with the Zoom P-Rod 2. The upper features a mostly black leather and suede upper, with dark green and red accents. The ‘Gucci’ Zoom P-Rod 2’s will release with a matching trucker cap as well as a varsity jacket.
