adidas Originals – Forum Mid – Double Goose

The Double Goose jacket was an icon of 80’s streetwear.  At a time when street couture was just beginning to take shape, this shiny and buttery-soft leather coat was one of the first items to offer stunning looks while avoiding the flash-then-trash trap.  As adidas Originals continues to celbrate the company’s heritage, including it’s emergence on the feet of the 80’s hip-hop revolution, it makes sense to see a tip of the cap to the original bubble coat.

Here we see the Forum Mid done in supple black leather and rich black suede.  Metal eyelets and a metal snap on the ankle strap, along with golden brown accents on the lining and gum sole make for a classy throwback suitable for wear with your retro Goose or anything else you can put on.  Cop em now at Caliroots.
