Most sneakerheads are probably familiar with Olle Hemmendorff’s rendition of the Nike Air Max 90 as a hamburger. Even if you didn’t know the artist’s name, it’s an image that’s likely to stick with you. This collaborative effort between Japanese retailer GETTRY and Chinese powerhouse Asics takes the idea to a new level. The GETTRY x Asics Procourt AR ‘Hamburger’ edition stands out as one of the more outrageous sneaker designs in recent memory. They feature a tonal brown base to symbolize the bun and french fries, while colourful strips evoke various condiments. Inside you’ll find a photo-realistic french fry insole, while Timberland-like corded laces tie the whole thing together. Hungry? Why wait — cop these now from GETTRY.
