Nike Air Griffey Max 1 – Anthracite – Black – Hot Red

Black and red is just fine but anthracite and hot red is even better!  The Nike Air Griffey Max 1 is back again in a colourway that was unimaginable at the time of the shoe’s 1996 release.  Back then, Junior was slugging homers over the fence he lept to rob other hitters at the Kingdome and it seemed like he’d be there forever.  Free agency took him to his boyhood home of Cincinatti and these colours presumably honour his injury-laden stint there.  They’re available now at Nike Sportswear retailers like Millennium Shoes.
