It’s been a while since pics of the Air Maxim 1 x Air Trainer 1 hybrid model first popped up, and needless to say, there have been a lot of Stateside sneakerheads anxiously awaiting their release. The Air Maxim 1+ Trainer has already dropped overseas in parts of Asia and Europe, and now they are finally starting to arrive in the U.S. Aside from the cool-factor of the Air Max 1 being blended with the Air Trainer 1, the shoe brings the new element of a Flywire laced “Maxim” upper, while still remaining classic thanks to the OG “Chlorophyll” color scheme. An Athletics West tongue label and insole graphics add the finishing touches to one of the more intriguing mash-up designs seen in a while.
